1. Tell us what you need
Start with your suburb, what you are storing and whether you want to buy or hire. It is fine to be unsure of the size. If you have a deadline or unusual access, include that too.
2. Compare the options
Ask for the container, its condition, delivery charge and GST treatment in writing. Size, condition, availability, distance and the delivery vehicle affect the total. Let us know your suburb and preferred timing so the quote reflects your job.
We can discuss size and condition with you. Ask for photos of the actual container and confirmation of any dimensions your plans rely on.
3. Check access and confirm
Send photos of the approach and placement area. Once the container, delivery arrangements and commercial terms are agreed, confirm the next steps with our team. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
4. Prepare for delivery
Check any council, property-owner or site requirements for the address and intended use. Storage and a converted building can be treated differently. Ground preparation, supports and anchoring depend on the site and need appropriately qualified advice.
Keep the agreed area clear, be available at the arranged time and check the container when it arrives. The inspection checklist explains what to look at.
